Transmission problems

I've changed the transmission fluid in my car and
now it will not start.  What can the problem be?

I don't see any reasons why after changing your transmission fluid you car would not start, Is there any warning light on your instrument cluster? Did the vehicle just turn without starting? could be a number of reasons...

I believe its two different issues you're addressing now. see if the pnp switch (parking neutral position switch) was accidently disconnect or else. other than that there's a number or reasons related to your concern. good luck
