Cab and bracket are rotted off charcoal canister

Do I need to replace the charcoal canister on my
Lexus ES 300? Engine light is on and the dealer
wants 800 usd I am single ladie who works hard to
survive please help me

Find a local mechanic to replace the bracket, I'm sure you (or they) could pick one up at a salvage yard. Dealerships are always priced much higher. You should be able to reuse the charcoal itself.
