There is a small wire plugin down on the starter solenoid. Unplug it and have someone turn the key to the start position while you check for power on that wire. If there is power on that wire, then there is a starter problem. If no power on that wire, then things to check would be the starter relay, fuses, ignition switch, and the neutral safety switch.
