Way every time I turn off the heat the car turn
off.and when I am stoped waiting to go way do the
breaks slowly go down?

Sounds like it could be a vacuum leak affecting your power brakes and HVAC ( heating and air conditioning) vacuum module under the dash. Just a thought.
