Why does the seller of a Porsche not answer my emails?

A 2000 Porsche 911, Carrera Convertible has been for sale for many months
(first at 16,999 and now at 14,99) yet the pwner has not answered my several
email offers. The car is in Phoenix, AZ and the owner's name is Dan. He ha
sbeen registered since 29 June 2017.

Run the VIN number on a google search to see if the owner listed it on another site. You may be able to find his phone number that way. Search Craigslist.org also.
