If it was done using an LN Engineering bearing, they may have a record of the VIN, and there may be a small sticker with the serial number of the bearing in the engine bay or drivers door pillar. Otherwise, check the service records, Carfax and ask the previous owner who carried out the work, then call the shop and ask.

Unless there is a sticker applied to the engine that shows the bearing was changed there is no external way to find out.

If an LN IMS Retrofit or IMS Solution bearing was used, you can look up the bearing at https://imsretrofit.com/ims-check/
