I have a 2004 Cayanne S with 145,000. After not using it for several weeks the right front tire will not turn, it is stuck. All other tires will move but that wheel will not.

I have checked the four wheel drive selector and tried both forward and reverse.  There appears to be a lubrication nipple on the wheel by the brake hub , what does that get? could it be the problem?  BTW I live in Maine and its been extremely cold this winter. I did use it in the snow and it was great.  I left in April so its not been used for a month.

Sounds like a frozen brake caliper. That would be my first guess if all the other wheels turn ok. Relatively easy fix.

The 'lubrication nipple' on the wheel? I take it you mean the brake bleeding nipple on the caliper behind the wheel? Don't touch that, it is for removing air from your braking system. Your best bet may be to jack the car up, remove the stuck wheel and have a good look at the caliper, rotor and brake pads. You may be able to pry the pads off the rotor by a fraction, or you could try to drive the car a few feet to break the corrosion between the pads and the rotor.
