911 sim card lost

Can anyone help? took sim out of car, fumbled and sim hit panel in front of gear stick. Sim card slid into dash board. I have many no.s on that card.
Can I get a duplicate with same no.s on?
Or is there a way of retrieving it?
I can't be the first person to drop card!

There is no way to retrieve the numbers on the card without the car itself.
