No start, No spark

Asked by John Nov 23, 2019 at 03:03 PM about the 2003 Volkswagen Jetta GLI FWD

03 Jetta with the 2.8L 24v VR6, I currently have a no start, no spark
condition. Plenty of fuel getting to the rail. Only codes shown are
P0341 and P0346, I am getting a tach reading but still I replaced the
Crank sensor and both Cam sensors (all Bosch OEM), nothing
changed. Coil on plugs are all brand new as well as all new spark plugs.
Voltage to the coils is present but no signal to the coils from the ECU.
Cam timing has been checked by multiple people and multiple times. I
am going mad trying to fix this, any help would be appreciated.

I've checked and replaced the wiring already. Yeah I've been working on VWs and Audi's for years, that's why this is so frustrating that I can't solve this issue.
