Did you check fuel pressure with a gage, about 40 psi, koeo. Any applicable trouble codes? Check if rich or lean, fuel system, when problem is ongoing. If temp related, check coolant temp sensor. Try cycling the key on and off several times before you crank it, see if it helps?
