CHECK THE NOISE ANYWAY COULD BE ANYTHING EXHAUST.. OXG SENSOR..SUSPENSION PART..HOW LONG SINCE THE R&R ?..FUEL PRESSURE AND FILTER NEW ??? TRANSMISSION SHIFTING ?NOT SLIPPING? YOU SAID NEW...NEW OR REBUILT ???

My old Bronco did the same thing, it was the catalyst the internal pressures cracked the shell and that was the rattle, have the exhaust system back pressure tested.

Weekends you never know this time of year some places have good weather some don't. I know today I was just plain busy with clean up after all the storms and wet weather as we finally got a break with some sun and no rain.
