resistor block 97 bonneville sse how much are they to replace?

fan for air conditioner or just fan for air flow does not work every time. It may come on in 5 or 10 minutes after driving and then it seems fine.

if the a/c is on the fans should run continuously, if the a/c is off, the fan should work when engine tempature reaches about 200-210 then it will come on until the temp. drops to about 180.
