my 1998 bonneville will not turn over it will cycle, it has fuel and spark but wont ignite

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have changed the water pump, the front spark plugs, the coil pack, the
heater hose bypass, made sure there is no water in the oil, the belt the
Radiator, the spark plug wires. It needs a lower intake gasket, the car has sat
for about 5  months and now she wont start.

Spray some starting fluid down the throttle body. It should run a few seconds on the starting fluid. If so, it's a fuel problem. Fuel injectors not spraying, for example. If it won't run on the starting fluid and you're sure that you have spark, time to do a compression test. If all cylinders test very low or zero, it's jumped timing. HTH. -Jim

the fuel line to the injectors is leaking another problem in my car.

not a problem

its your computer it will not give u fuel just went threw that ,60 bucks at auto yards went home pluged in first turn runs great
