Trying to figure out whats wrong with my 99 Pontiac Bonneville(3.8 V6).the check engine light came on & it keeps stalling out at low speed or when idling.

Lots of possibilities here without more info. Have it scanned by someone who actually knows what they are doing and not to just erase the codes. Please report back. I just fought one of these with a 0.02 volt difference in ground potential between the ECM and the battery ground. Your problem may require a knowledgeable technician.
