Hello i'm a "back yard" mechanic, i love this kind of question because i always want to put a manual shift engine into an automatic. so what you need to do is see what wire clips are different and swap out those for the other ones, basically the only difference between them are the radiator and sensors

To make things work correctly you would need to hook up the automatic transmission to the ECU. Installing a manual trans might cause the CEL to be on all the time. You might need a ECU for a manual trans car.
