Highlander Driver's Seating Position

Asked by Guru9BS8KK Jun 18, 2021 at 09:02 PM about the 2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Platinum AWD

Question type: Car Customization

Thinking about a new 2021 Highlander hybrid.  Coming from a Forester,
which I love, but just have outgrown it.  Like the Highlander a lot, *however*,
I can't get the driver's seat high enough.  The Forester has outstanding
visibility, and I would stick with Subaru if they had a hybrid.  Is there an
aftermarket way I can improve the seating position on the Highlander?  I'm
5'3", and feel like I'm sitting in a pit.

You could probably raise the seat mounts but you might compromise the vehicle safety. I am sure your Toyota dealer will not touch this with a 20' pole ;)
