where is the wiper relay on 2000 bonneville

wipers won't work. We have replaced the switch and the motor has been replaced 3 times. the fuse is NOT blown

It should be under the hood ( should be 2 fuse boxes ... one one each side of the car) I suspect the one you want is on the drivers side .
