No current to electric windows circuit breaker

I have no current to the circuit breaker for electric
windows when I run 12 volts direct to one side
windows go up and down and back vents work
touch other terminal other side of circuit breaker
and rear air bag pump activated think it is from ign
switch to circuit breaker
