My car wont rev up

I have a 2006 pontiac vibe. It wont rev up and when
it does it sounds as if it is forcing the engine.i have
change my coils and my spark plugs. I dont know
what else can it be.

A plugged catalytic converter maybe? Or there is a air flow valve in some Pontiac exhaust that could be the problem. Should have the exhaust checked out.
