Is there a way to arrange to have a vehicle shipped
to me once i buy it?

Are you buying from a dealer? Work with them to see if they will help ship it to you. But in most cases, after you purchase it, you contract an auto transport company to pick it up and bring it to you. I prefer to check my vehicles out in person before buying.
