Lost power

My battery light came on but I had it tested and
auto zone said it was 100% charged. A few days
later it came on again and then the ABS light came
on also and it stalled and I couldn’t get it to start
until 10 minutes later. It was running a few days
then battery light came on again and the ABS light
went on again and the car stalled again and it
stopped couldn’t get it started. Then I had it
jumped and then I lost power steering and lights on
dashboard went crazy and it went dead. I had it
towed. The owner of the shop said it sounds like
alternator. So do you think it’s the alternator?

The "battery light" is not just for a battery problem. It is telling you the charging system is not functioning correctly and is discharging instead of charging. Usually the cause is a failing alternator or a loose belt that turns the alternator. I would check these first. The other symptoms would all align with this if there is insufficient current to run the car's electronics.
