Which engine does it have? Do you have fuel pressure?

Engine is 4.9 liter. Mechanic did fuel pressure test, truck passed. Do not detect spark in plugs.

Had similar problem with my '91 E250 , w/5 Liter. Run fine for awhile then quit. Finally changed the crankshaft position sensor inside distributor, . . . . Bingo.

I chased a no-start situation for 2 years. Sometimes engine would crank over but not start. 96 E350 extended van. Ended up being the pickup coil deep inside distributor. I replaced the complete distributor myself $100 AutoZone. 1 hour. Done deal.
