Does the 86 model have a MAF Sensor and how would I
locate it?

The 1986 E150 does not have an MAF. They started showing up around 1988 in the Ford vehicles. The engine management system is handled by the ECM. The air is measured after it enters the engine vs before with an MAF. What are the symptoms that you are trying to fix?
