why my f1995 ford e 150 does not have heat

I JUST GOT MY WATER PUMP FIXED, still my heater is blowing cold air. what is the problem?

This can be caused by thermostat being bad,or the actuator motor at the blend door under dash,is not flipping over to heat,if heater hose,s get warm going into where heater core is in firewall,then i would say blend door actuator.
