First remove the brake light bulbs and sockets then if everything looks good put in one bulb at a time, if that's OK look inside the van there's rear lite wiring in each corner examine the wiring. With any luck you will have found it by now if not your going to have to follow the brake light wiring from the brake light switch into the steering column through the turn signal switch then rearward. Do the hazards work?
