2001 old bravda wont go in reverse

My 2001 oldmoible bravada will not reverse, my
park, and drive work just wont go in reverse. What
could this be???

Also when im trying to go up to 20 mph the rpms go to 3 sometimes pass that. Ive changed the transmission fluid ans the pan the filter the oil and the oil filter. What else could it be. Please i need peoples advice on this i have a 2 year old daughter and one on the way i really nees to have a vehicle...
