I'm thinking about buying a Oldsmobile
Bravada 2002 4.2 can I put a 700R
transmission in place of this Vehicles
original transmission

Anything can be done, but why?? Yes the stock 4L60E is a POS, BUT, why not upgrade to 4L70 or 4L80? Both are much better and would be cheaper than trying to adapt the 700R in my opinion.
