What does it mean if the car turn on but wont start nor even crank?

I have a Oldsmobile alero everything works but still won't
start it won't even crank. Could it be the security sysytem?

#37 fuse under hood. It’s a red 10amp. You shouldn’t have lied and said everything works. You as compressor actually has a short causing this no start scenario. Replace that fuse with one of the back ups and you will be back in business. But ultimately must fix ac compressor.
