picture? where's the OBD 1/2 connector on the
NISSAN sentra (1994)?

Under the dash panel, left or right side of steering wheel. On Nissan vehicles, they are usually on the right side.

Ok looking in fuse panel (left of steering wheel there's a connector -obd 1?)
