How to check if the timing belt and water pump being replaced?

I just bought a 1995 300ZX TT 2 seater and was wondering if there's a way to check if the timing belt and water pump being replaced.....

You cab remove belt cover and inspect it. Your zx needs a belt every 60k 120k and so on
