what oil weight do I need for a NIssan Pathfinder with 235,000 miles on it

Just got new head gaskets,thermostat, waterpump and radiator and my 2007 pathfinder still overheats. Mechanic cant figure out what it can be. Any ideas. Spent over $3000.
