Bose wiring in a 2000 Nissan Maxima

I have a 2000 Nissan Maxima with
the factory Bose system I'm
wanting to put it aftermarket amp
and subs can I use the RC Jack
inputs that are on my iPod
adapter that goes under the dash
or can I use the speaker wires
that come out of the sub that's in
the back window and make that
my input for my amp
