What is the return policy?

I was recently speaking with a dealer, Classic Cars of Palm Beach, regarding
the 2017 Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE that is listed at their dealership on
CarGurus. I asked them about their return policy, because the listing on
CarGurus says there is a 7 day return policy, but the dealer says they don't
do returns, so I am confused about this and wanted clarification.

CG's does not sell cars. Go by what the dealer tells you but get it in writing.

Check with your local Office of Consumer Affairs or local law enforcement. Some States have a cooling off period Law for major purchases like a house or vehicle. If you change your mind within the time period you can back out of the deal. In New Jersey, for example, it's 3 days. Hope that helps! Jim
