For the first time since Ive owned my car(6yrs),  a 2009 Toyota Camry Hybrid
, I bought  in 2012 with 14,400mi. on it, with a push button start,,,Would NOT
start.
It only has 70, 000 miles now. I replaced the fob battery but it wouldn't start
till the next day. What the heck is the problem? Sometimes when I push
start, all the lights come on except the "ready" light, and I cant turn it off for a
couple minutes. So I wait a minute  and then it will start, Its nine yrs. old but
the mileage is still fairly low. So is the warranty still good or is it a done
deal?;'', as far as the batteries go will dealer replace them?

Those Hybrid vehicles have two batteries. In the trunk, a massive battery for the electric motor, and a more typical battery under the hood. Charge up or jumper the smaller battery and drive it somewhere to test the larger battery. Replacing the smaller battery will start at $100. Now, visit the Toyota dealer and inquire about the warranty, if any, for that larger battery. Replacing it costs about $4000, and more at the dealer if there's no more warranty. Think about trading before it quits altogether as the life expectancy is only ten years, and warranties are pro-rated so you have to buy "their battery" at a small discount. Ouch.
