If the truck has the eTorque system then you should be ok as far as power is concerned and the others stuff is in the ball park for required capacities. Now have you ever towed something that large and long? if not check with your local RV store and see if anyone is providing hands on classes. The only thing you didn't mention is the trailer braking system, dual axle or single axle and if the truck has an over ride so you can manually use the trailer brakes in case of fishtailing.

This will be my first time towing a trailer and has a trailer brake control system already installed on the truck. The gear ratio is a 3.21, engine is a MDS VVT 5.7L V8.

3.21 might be a bit too tall for a good towing truck, even with the engine you have. If the RV place can’t give you any classes then check a local college or even the DMV.

3.21 rear end ratio might be to high to make a good towing truck even with the Hemi. If it seems like you can't pull away from a stop very good then it's geared too high for towing. A good do everything ratio would be 3.54. I have had a lot of different ratio trucks in my day, 4.10's for heavy towing but terrible fuel mileage, 3.73 for good towing and a little better fuel mileage, 3.54 for thw best of both worlds, 3.43 for better fuel mileage but still can use for some lite to medium towing but anything above that power is going to suffer. In my current truck I'm running 3.43 with positrac differential, it does good as long as I use the trailer tow button but I may sure I have plenty of room before puling out onto the street to get up to speed. Hope this answered your question.
