2 days ago warning lights came on the dash today drove 3 miles and radio shut off about another 200 feet everything started to die down car stuttered now car wont start after I turned it off

It sounds like your alternator failed. The alternator charges the battery. If it fails, the 12vdc that the electrical system needs to function drains down and everything that you described will happen.
I put a new battery on it....it still won't turn over still
Is the car equipped with an alarm system. Try cycling the locks with the key fob. Since your battery died, the alarm may need to be reset.. If you get the vehicle started and the same thing happens where the battery drains down, you have an alternator issue and will need to be replaced.
That is what i thought to but i don't have a key fob and I'm trying to figure out how to reset it another way...by the way i appreciate you helping me

Check alternator fuse and all other fuse! Before doing anything. Remember always check fuse.
