I bought and paid for it when it was delivered and allegedly prepped. Discovered after I inspected the vehicle prior to driving away.

The car may have been in a flood zone with the storms over the last month or two.and the people that dried the car missed that the spare tire well had water in it. Water that high could also explain the seats not working as well. Are there any other signs of flood damage? What does the title say?
