2005 nissan pathfinder

Asked by James Jan 07, 2016 at 07:17 AM about the 2005 Nissan Pathfinder SE

Question type: General

The other day I went to start my SUV.  I turned the
key, all of the dash lights came on like always.
When I turned the key to the start position  nothing
happened.  No click or anything. Tried a battery
charger. But nothing.  Tried jumping it. Nothing
again. Took the battery to AutoZone.  They tested
it and said that it was bad. I bought a new battery.
But it's still doing the same thing. Any
suggestions?

The cables are in good shape. But I did notice that when I turn the key to the on position. There is a buzzing from the engine

The noise is coming from a sensor connected to the throttle body assembly
