2019 CX 5 Navigation Issue

Asked by Guru9C1GCV Jul 29, 2021 at 12:09 PM about the 2019 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The issue relates to the navigation curser on the screen going off course, like
it's 200' north of the road sometimes. It then picks up the side street and
informs me that a route recalibration was necessary and tries to take me on
that street even though I've been on the correct road all the time.
It's still under warranty and have taken it back to the dealer 4 times. They've
done a "hard reset" of the system and yesterday said there's nothing else
they can do. I'll fight that response but is anyone else out there having a
similar issue?

Tell them you want to return the car under the Lemon Law if this is a deal breaker. Use your smart phone in the meantime.
