Right rear outside handle broken and child lock is on

I broke off my car handle this morning and the child lock is on the same door. I already ordered the replacement part and i know how to replace the door handle i just need to know how to get the door open so i can take it apart!

I done this one time on my car.. if u look where the handle was there should be a hole where the handle goes into the door.. if u look close enough u will see a small skinny bar that looks like an upside down L. What i did was i found a small piece of tough rope small enough to go in the hole and i wrapped it around the hook.. and pull toward you..thats the lever that the hanfle pulls on to open..
