Check out the speed sensor or the computer.... Run some codes. Don't tell me that you replaced the automatic transmission yourself? Did you??

Oh, is a manual transmission??

Thanks for answering and yes I did replace it myself, I got the transmission from a jdm wherehouse and yes is automatic, maybe the transmission from Japan are the different from here idk.

I already replaced the throttle body because the car was not accelerating like it used to, but it still the same any suggestions what could it be?

Miguel- hi, I would strongly suggest that you bring it to a professional mechanic for a diagnosis before you start replacing unnecessary parts as that gets VERY EXPENSIVE, and you might be going in the wrong direction... It's worth the money to know exactly what is wrong.
