Others will tell you different, but I use premium in all my vehicles except for my beater truck. Premium burns hotter, cleaner, and keeps better if you don't use the vehicle alot. If you decide to go back to regular (87 octane) you'll be fine. No damage will be done. Hope that helps! Jim

Justin, I have the exact year and model and I will contest to the above except for you do not need it all the time. I use it about half the time that way when I utilize the sports mode then having that premium really helps with achieving the highest torque value you can get. I also noticed in my experiences when I use shell premium I get a lot closer to about 600 miles to the full tank.
