Brake light and battery light on

What is the problem if your brake light and the
battery light on..The steering is hard air not
blowing cool air now

The alternator (battery light), the power steering pump and the A/C (cold air) all run off the serpentine ("fan") belt. I bet it's gone or very loose due to failure of the tensioner. Your water pump also runs off this belt so it will be overheating too, if I'm correct. Check it out.

I have a 2012 Nissan coupe. The brake and battery recently turned on, I replaced the battery thinking that would help.. it’ll be running fine but if I’m at stop it won’t accelerate and die on me. I’ll turn it off wait about ten min, turn it back on, and repeat. Any suggestions?
