If both the tail and brake lights stay on with ignition off then you could have a few different problems, brake light switch is stuck on, cross circuit between the brake and tail light circuits, (possibly a crossed filament in one or more bulbs) turn signal switch feedback, light control module or BCM.

Hi Gene thank you for your response. Only the right side tail and lamp lights stay on with ignition off.

Then the problem is on that side, still look for a crossed filament in a bulb, might be hard too see, if the bulbs are good then onto wiring, control switches and modules.
