Honda Pilot 2019

Asked by Jul 25, 2019 at 08:41 PM about the 2019 Honda Pilot Touring AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello.  I just purchased a new Honda Pilot
2019 brand new.  The car makes this odd
“woop” type noise when driving.  It is very
inconsistent.  It seems to happen no matter if
our phones are on or off.  The dealership can
not figure this out.  Has anyone had anything
similar?  It seems like it is coming from the
front of the car.

Your car is under warranty. If you take it to the dealer three times and he can't fix it, threaten him with the lemon law. That might get his attention.

If I could hear the sound, I might recognize it. Maybe the dealer has a mechanic who can do the same. No, I haven't heard of this with any Honda, and it might not be the car itself. Maybe you have debris stuck somewhere, or you ran over a tree limb and that's it. Just drive the Pilot and keep complaining to the dealer.
