Rough idle

I hit a deer and now the engine has a rough idle. Ive  
changed right motor mount, spark plugs, alternator,
and fixed air leaks.

check and see if your engine fan is working there is two sides to this motor a low speed and a high speed if that low speed goes out it can some times cause problems.
