Can I retro fit traction control on my pt

Anything is possible but doing this would cost more than it is worth and the parts would need to be scavenged or made for this application. If you want the feature, trade in your vehicle for one that already has it.

Traction control really does not add traction. Not only that but it can make it nearly impossible to drive in slick conditions because it applies the brakes whenever you need to spin the tires to get going in snow.
