1994 Mitsubishi Montero won't crank won't start

Have an old 1994 Mitsubishi Montero that doesn't get driven often but I do
start and drive the vehicle at least once or twice a month. Recently tried to
start it but NOTHING. Not even a click. Battery good. Fuses good. Wiring
good. Took the starter out and checked it both at home and at auto parts
store and it wouldn't work. Starter bad. Bought a refurbished starter,
installed it. I am NOW getting nice clicking from solenoid but engine not
cranking over at all.

How do you know the battery is good? How do you know the wiring is good? Did you test the battery? Did you look at all the wiring? Maybe you should take it to a mechanic.
