I have a 1990 mazda b2600 4x4 4cyl 5speed and it cuts out while driving down the road. It does not do it all the time.

It is a very strange part. mitsubishi makes the part with a different amount of pins, so it won't filt. I can not remember what the part is called, but is is NOT the coil wire. it is some type of distributor that mounts onto another part. I had 6 very good mechanics look at it until one finally diagnosed the problem. Took over 6 months for someone to figure it out. Perfectly fine now. i know that's not completely helpful, but... i am NOT a mechanic
