2019 F150 started but no electrical.

Asked by Kurt Mar 25, 2023 at 11:05 PM about the 2019 Ford F-150 Lariat SuperCrew 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Started the truck tonight and nothing electrical
worked, as if the system didn't initiate.  Side mirrors
wouldn't open, entertainment system no go,
speed/tach didn't operate, nothing.  Truck drove fine
on the short drive home and as I backed on all the
electrical started to boot up.

When I start up the truck now I get the big wrench
symbol with a see manual message.

Any thoughts? I already have an appointment for
service at the dealership next Saturday.  Curious if
someone has seen this.

I've never seen this before, but it might be that one of your mega fuses is loose. If so, you just bumped the truck that shook the connection closed. But I'd suspect that you're actually experiencing a defective ignition switch.

Sounds like a BCM failure, the BCM controls all the accessories like you listed. The dealer should be able to tell if it can be re-flashed or if it has been totally fried. So prepare yourself for the worst.
